TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

  1. Booking in is from 2pm on the first day of booking up until 10am PROMPT on the day of departure
  2. Bookings can only be accepted if accompanied by the booking form along with the appropriate deposit.
  3. the total balance of rental is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the booking period. In the event of the balance not being paid on time, the booking will be deemed to be cancelled and the owners are at liberty to accept alternative bookings
  4. Cancellation Charges.
    8 -6 weeks prior to commencement 50% of total rental
    6 -4 weeks prior to commencement 75%
    Less than 4 weeks 100%
  5. The sum of £50 shall be paid with the rental balance banked and cleared. This fully refundable deposit against damage and breakages will be repaid after the departure by post. Any damages or breakages are to be brought to our attention by leaving a note in order that we may effect a replacement without causing any inconvenience to our next guests.
  6. Guest shall leave our cottage clean and tidy on departure.If in the event that additional cleaning becomes necessary or specialist equipment needed, a further cleaning surcharge will be applicable and charged to the principle guest.
  7. For the comfort of our guests our maximum 6 guests per cottage, excluding cot shall not be exceeded without prior consent by the owners.
  8. If for any reasons beyond our control the property is not available on the date booked then all monies will be reimbursed in full - the owners will not be liable for any other compensation or claim.
  9. The owners or representative reserve the right to enter the properties at any time with or without notice to investigate any complaint or inspect the property.
  10. The owners respectfully remind all guests that we do have a strict no smoking, no pets policy.
